At this cold winter days ,herbal tea is an irreplaceable thing for us,at least for me.I love to try different tastes,and wit this i believe i take lot of benefits from herbs(especially for flu).Lastly we talked about melissa tea.Today we'll talk about little sour but delicious herb, R O S E H I P.

All you have to do is just putting 2 tbsp of rose hip (dried&smashed) into 2 liters of boiling water.Steep about 5-8 mins and rest about 10 mins before consumption.

At Feb. 2010 ''Journal of Nutrition'' published a scientific article about usage of rose hip tea decreases high blood pressure and positive results observed on high blood pressure patients.Regarding to this research,stable usage of rose hip tea (6 weeks)decreases blood pressure.
