Hello again ! Today I'll give you a super tasty drink recipe.We'll prepare hot chocolate together .

 Whole summer I was waiting for winter,cold weather.And finally it's that time.Plus it's the most magical time of the year - Christmas !

It's a winter love.Something sweet and hot .Warms us.. yes it's hot chocolate.Nothing else can make your day better.

It's not snowing here but imagine it's snowing outside,you're under your blanket at your cozy warm flat with a cup of hot chocolate.(Netflix and bae is a plus :) ) What else can you ask for ?

It's so delicious and easy to prepare.When you have crisis for something sweet you don't have to deal with creams,dough or long whisking. Or if you have unexpected friend visit you don't have to be panic cause you have this tasty hot chocolate recipe that will come to help you.

If you ask for aromatic taste you can add cinnamon, clove or orange peel. Also you can serve with whip cream  or marshmallow if you wish.

Well,let's keep it short and see what we need to make hot chocolate..

                                       
                                              H O T   C H O C O L A T E   R E C I P E



( Serving : 2 servings )

INGREDIENTS :

✔ Milk - 250 gr.

✔  Chocolate - 1+ 1/4 cup of.

✔ Heavy Cream - 3 tbsp.

 ٭ TIP : When you add chocolate into cream-milk mixture it should melt well.So to melt chocolate well i recommend you to chop the chocolate.

PREPARATION :

✔ Combine cream and milk in a saucepan and heat.

✔ When you see bubbles on the side,means it reached scalding point.At this poinr turn of the heat and add chopped chocolate.

✔ Mix till chocolate get melted and heat again.

 ٭ I preferred milk chocolate so I don't have to add sugar. It's all about your taste,you can add sugar.But if you prefer to use bitter chocolate I'll recommend you to add sugar about 25 gr.

You can garnish with whip cream and marshmallows.

Nowadays I'm too close with kitchen as you see ,I try quick recipes and to be honest it's like a therapy.Yes , kitchen therapy ☕🍳🍴🍵🍲🍰

I love to mix and create something for me.As an example you can tek this recipe.

I had Brussels sprouts at fridge that about to spoil,decay and took and add a few things and voila ' My side dish for tonight is ready .

If you want to try,here's the recipe ;


                        R O A S T E D    B R U S S E L S    S P R O U T S    R E C I P E

INGREDIENTS :

• Brussels Sprouts 

• Olive Oil 

• Red Pepper

• Thyme 

• Garlic(sliced)





STEPS :

•  Preheat your oven at 220 C.

• Wash and dry brussels sprouts well.Cut the ends.

•  Mix all ingredients in a bowl.(olive oil,sliced fresh garlic,salt,thyme and red pepper)

• Put the mixture into a sheet pan and cook about 35 to 40 mins.(until crisp outside) You've to see the brown color .

•  If you wish you can add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve.

It's true that I sometimes see everything as a potato ! 😛 I'm really in love with every shape of potato.

Today I'll share a side dish recipe just with 3 ingredient ,also super tasty + healthy.Because no deep frying.

I'll keep short and directly jump to recipe.


                                                L E M O N    T H Y M E    P O T A T O E S    R E C I P E 


INGREDIENTS :

• 4-5 med size potatoes

• Olive Oil (3 tbsp.)

• Lemon Juice & Zest (1/2 of lemon)

• Thyme (2 tbsp)

• Garlic Powder , Red Pepper Flakes ,Salt,Black Pepper (add a little bit -rule of thumb just to give some taste)




DIRECTIONS :

Preheat your oven at 390 F (200 C)

• Wash potatoes and slice as you wish.(I preferred fingerling)

• Re-wash again with cold water and dry with towel.

• Wisk lemon juice,thyme,lemon zest,spices and olive oil in a bowl together.

• Add potatoes and blend well,all potatoes should get that aroma.

• Spread potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet.

• Bake for 25 to 30 mins or until potatoes are golden brown.

Serve hot !

This mini sandwich bread recipe will survive you.It's great take away breakfast option for school,for work for weekend trip.

We only need a few ingredient. But I've to warn you,this recipe is for one portion (for 1 ) .For more you can increase the portion.

                                                M I N I   S A N D W I C H   B R E A D   R E C I P E


INGREDIENTS :

✔ Whole Wheat Flour ( 1 cup )

✔ Water (100 ml.)

✔ Baking Powder

✔ Olive Oil (1 tbsp.)

✔ A pinch of Salt

✔ Optional : Sunflower Seed, sesame ,basil(I preferred thyme)

DIRECTIONS  :

Preheat your oven at 180 C.

✔ Mix all ingredients. Add olive oil to get a nonstick dough.

✔ Make little balls. Add sesame on your little bread balls.

✔ Bake about 20 to 25 mins.

You can use any material to prepare your sandwich.It's all about your taste.I mostly prefer cheese-tomato and cucumber trio. Or just banana and peanut butter if I want something sweet.

I've been trying this recipe about a month and finally decided to share with you.

It's perfect for 'to-go' options.Like school,work .. etc. And a great combination with coffee as breakfast.

As always so easy to prepare and  cooking takes about 20 mins.

Let's see how we can do it 😋💗


                                                                   O L I V E     B R E A D      R E C I P E 



                                               

INGREDIENTS :

•.Whole Wheat Flour (3 cups of- appr. 12 tbsp.)

•.Honey ( 1/2 tbsp.)

•.Active Dry Yeast (1 pack)

•.Water ( 2 tbsp.)

•.Olive Oil ( 50 ml - appr.5 tbsp.)

•.Milk (100 ml.)

•.Salt(optional - 1 teaspoon)

•.Olive (chopped )


DIRECTIONS :

•.Put yeast,honey and water in a bowl and wait about 10 mins.

•.Add rest of ingredients and start kneading.

•.Cover your bowl with strech film and rest your dough about one hour.

•.You'll see your dough will get bigger.

• Before baking you can strew sesame on it.(totally optional)



•.Heat your oven at 350 F -180 Degrees and bake your bread about 20 to 25 mins.

Imagine a cookie is very filling and at the same time very healthy .

Also just takes 5 mins to prepare.You got excited ,right ?

Oatmeal contains more fiber in contrast with other cereals and incorporate two sort of fibers.Also full of minerals and vitamins.Keeps filled for a long time and has low glisemic index.

So I thought why don't we use this super healthy cereal and decided to share this post.

* Before jumping to recipe has a warning. If you've problem about uric acid and gluten please stay away from oatmeal and take advise from your doctor   .


                                                       O A T M E A L   C O O K I E   R E C I P E

INGREDIENTS : 

Preheat your oven at 180 C.

• Black Raisin (10 tbsp.)

• Nut (10 tbsp.)

• Olive Oil - or coconut oil (2 tbsp.)

• Dark Chocolate (70 gr.)

• Whole Wheat Flour (2 cup)

• Eggs - 2

• Molasse (1 tbsp.)

• Baking Powder (1 teaspoon)

•  Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)



DIRECTIONS:

•  Mix all ingredients except egg and flour.

• Add eggs and flour then start kneading.

• Give any shape to your dough and aligh your baking tray that covered with baking sheet.

• Bake about 20 to 25 mins.

That's all,you filling super healthy cookies are ready.Serve with homemade cappuccino and enjoy it 💗


Here I'm with a late post with pumpkin.I was planning to post this recipe till Halloween but I missed it 😞

I just can't find right words to identify this taste.. It's beyond perfect...

If you love pumpkin,this recipe is totally for you.Let's see how we prepare this orangish delicious dessert.



It belongs to Turkish cuisine means it's a traditional dessert,unique.. If I've to summarize all we do is to roast pumpkin chunks in a sugar syrup , easy-peasy huh!

                                               •          P U M P K I N  D E S S E R T  R E C I P E        •


INGREDIENTS :

•  4/3 pounds of pumpkin (let's say about on kg.)

•  1 and half cup of sugar

• Sprinkled walnut & Clotted Cream ( to garnish )

DIRECTIONS :

(I used already sliced pumpkins,it's much more easier.If you have a big,unsliced pumpkin jus peel and trim it.Cut into -1inch chunks.)

• Put pumpkin slices into a cooking pan.

• Cover with sugar. and let stand until the sugar dissolves at least 30 mins to 1 hour.



• If you can't get enough syrup you can add a little hot water.


• Now it's time to cook. Cook pumpkins about 45 to 60 mins till you get a thicker syrup.



That's all. Wait til it cools.To serve add a tbs of clotted cream and sprinkle wallnuts.(to make this taste supernatural also add tahini, mmm yummy !)

I realized that I'm not posting recipes for a long time and ran into kitchen 😊

Lately I eat too much,I mean I really eat.And I don't want to eat junk food like chips,or let's say unhealthy snacks.

Therefore I was searching something that I can prepare at home and found this recipe and said yeah that's what I need when I need something sweet.These little cookies are literally protein bomb .

It only took 5 mins to prepare.Really really easy.I prepare them at weekend and yeah my take away sweet snacks are ready.


You can consume after gym too,cause why not,they're little protein bombs 😊

I must warn you,coffee and this little protein bombs are a really good combine.

Well let's jump to recipe.(original recipe doesn't contain oatmeal,I added and voila! perfect .)

                                           
                                           3 INGREDIENT COOKIE RECIPE 

I N G R E D I E N T S :

Desiccated Coconut (80 gr.)

2 Egg Whites

1/2 cup (100 gr) Brown Sugar ( Honey is preferred,I was out of stock so I used sugar )

Pinch of salt

Oat meal (I can't give a certain gr. info let's say rule of thumb,till mixture has a nonstick consistence)





S T E P S :

Preheat oven at 340F (170C)

Whisk egg whites with pinch of salt till it gets foamy and then add sugar.

Whisk on high speed until stiff peak form.

Add coconut and oatmeal until combined.

Roll and shape into small balls with wet hands.

Bake about 10 to 15 mins.(until golden brown.)

Let cool before serving.



See,it's that easy to prepare.I strongly recommend you to combine with fat free latte.Yummy !

p.s:1 cookie is about 40 cals. (when you bake with honey.)

After writing about benefits of peanut butter,I’ll make another favor for you and will give a super easy recipe that you can easily make your own peanut butter at home .Sounds great right ! Well let’s keep it short and directly jump to recipe,thus you can eat right before of after your gym hour 😊

First start with listing


I N G R E D I E N T S :
 
  • Roasted Peanut – 600 gr.
  • Honey – 2 tbsp.
  • Molasses – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – a pinch of
S T E P S :

  • Comb out shells of nuts.

  • Put molasses,honey,salt and peanuts into food processor,mix well till you get a mash consistency-it should be like puree.



  • That’s all !! Now just put your peanut butter into a jar and bon apetite !






This will be much healthier that other peanut butters at market (but if you say I'm too lazy to prepare at home I'll go and buy from market,please pay attention to get sugar-free peanut butter,otherwise It'll be nothing but a loss.)You can consume with bread and banana when you have a strong sweet craving. I'll make a small post about healthy sweet snacks that you can easily prepare at home ,I can give more details at that post soon,keep on following 😊

Today i'll share my very special,delicious and also very very fluffy pancake recipe with you.As you know it's so easy to prepare and super delicious.




P.S: I f you don't have kephir,you can dilute yoghurt with milk.

If you wish,let's keep it short and directly skip to recipe.

I N G R E D I E N T S :

150 gr. whole wheat flour,or normal flour

A tbsp. sugar

4 gr.(half teaspoon) of salt

4 gr.(a teaspoon) of baking powder

4 gr.(half teaspoon) of baking soda

1 large egg yolk separated by white

230 gr kephir

60 gr almond milk or milk

75 gr. melted butter (5 tbsp.)

S T E P S :

Heat your oven at 212 F.With this you'll keep your pancakes consistence and heat.

Mix all dry ingredients in a cup.




And mix milk,butter,kephir and egg yolk in another cup.

Add dry ingredients into milk,butter,yolk&kephir mixture.Then mix well.


Rest about 5 mins after adding egg white.




Heat your pan ,pour a half teaspoon of oil. And add your mixture with a ladle.

When you see bubbles turn the other side.

Ta -daaa that's all ,and after wait your pancakes till your cooking process finish.
Lastly serve with fruit,chocolate and honey or marble syrup.Whatever you like !

After a long tiring weekend there's nothing like kitchen therapy.I had a rough,boring and tiring week at work and today I directly went to kitchen to cure myself.. I don't know you but kitchen is one of the most relaxing place for me .

I've a really fun,enjoyable recipe for you today.We'll make pudding at pots! Yes you heard right,it looks fun and cute also very delicious.What do you say,wanna start ? 😋😊






As always it's so easy to prepare.You just need a few ingredient and a little time.Also may be a great mom&daughter-son weekend activity too. Okay,enough chit-chat let's see how you can prepare this little cute pots.


First you'll need transparent cups and continue with ;

1 hour 40 mins                                30 mins                                       8 cups


INGREDIENTS

A pack of pudding

Milk (3,5 cup of)


CRUMBLE 

Butter (75 gr)

Sugar(100 gr.)

Honey(a tbsp)

Flour(a cup of)

Cacao(2 tbsp)

Chocolate chips (a tbsp)

GARNISH

Mint sprigs/Parsley



INSTRUCTIONS

1- Prepare pudding with milk.(it's a simple and regular step,just cook as always.)





2- Pour puddings into cups but don't fill them all (fill half of cups) and let them cool.And after wait at fridge about 1-1.5 hour.




3- Meantime prepare crumble.Gently mix all ingredients with your fingertips and get big pieces.



4- Bake crumble at waxed paper covered baking tray about 10 to 15 mins at 350 F.






5- Now the final and fun step.After you get cool crumble fill rest of cup wit crumble(you'll put crumble on puddings.) And garnish with mint or parsley(i prefer mint but i was out of stock so i had to choose parsley 😁)

Mint will seem like plant and crumble will seem  like soil.You can surprise your family,friends,guest with this planted pot puddings.

Summer has gone and I'm newly awake to make peach jam.Today I've quick but delicious post for you.

Peach has natural sweet and why we need to add extra extra sugar to our jam? A little sugar will be enough. Here's how you can prepare your own peach jam 😋





Tools :

·       Jar
·       Peach
·       Lemon Juice
·       Water
·       Sugar


Steps :

1-    Bring boiling-water canner, half full with water, to simmer. Wash jars and screw bands in hot soapy water; rinse with warm water. Pour boiling water over flat lids in saucepan off the heat. Let stand in hot water until ready to use. Drain well before filling.

2-    Peel and pit peaches. Finely chop or grind fruit. Measure exactly 4-1/2 cups prepared fruit into 6- or 8-quart saucepot. Stir in lemon juice.

3-    Mix 1/4 cup of the sugar (from the measured amount in the bowl) and pectin in small bowl. Add to fruit in saucepot; mix well. Add butter to reduce foaming. Bring mixture to full rolling boil (a boil that doesn't stop bubbling when stirred) on high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining 2-3/4 cups sugar. Return to full rolling boil and boil exactly 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim off any foam with wood spoon.

4-    Ladle immediately into prepared jars, filling to within 1/4 inch of tops. Wipe jar rims and threads. Cover with 2-piece lids. Screw bands tightly. Place jars on elevated rack in canner. Lower rack into canner. (Water must cover jars by 1 to 2 inches. Add boiling water, if necessary.) Cover; bring water to gentle boil. Process 10 minutes. Remove jars and place upright on towel to cool completely. After jars cool, check seals by pressing middle of lid with finger. (If lid springs back, lid is not sealed and refrigeration is necessary.)

I've to warn you from beginnig.You can't stop when you start to eat !

Last Sunday,I was out for coffee,and they served from this cookies with coffee.I said to myself I've to make from this cookies ,they've an amazing taste.Also my fiance loves sweet so much,soooooo what else could I do,just directly went to kitchen 😋

It's simple to prepare and bake.Just you need to be patient while making small pieces from dough,It may be kind of boring,but it all worth  ,trust me.

INGREDIENTS :

Butter (250 gr.)
A teaspoon of cinnamon (3 gr.)
A cup of starch
2.5 cup of flour (350 gr.)
Sugar (3 tablespoon/39 gr)
Vanilla
Baking Powder
1/2 cup of castor sugar

- after baking : 1/2 cup of castor sugar , a teaspoon of cinnamon (3 gr.)

STEPS :

1-  Mix all ingredients except flour and knead well.

2- Add flour and continue kneading,it will seem it's not going to be dough but don't be afreaid and add anything else,just keep kneading.

3- After you get dough,cut off small pieces and roll and give a small ball shape.

4- Bake at preheated oven (180 c) about 10-12 mins till cookies get roasted.

Final step :

After cookies get cold,mix castor sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Put cookies into this mixture and gently mix them together till all cookies covered by sugar+cinnamon.(I recommend you to put cookies part by part)

You can keep at a jar about 1-2 weeks.

We're nearly end of summer and it's last times of strawberry,I said this is the chance ,I've to post before strawberry season ends.Today I wanted to share a presentation idea that may inspire you.It's not abig thing actually very simple but I like the view.It's a fun way to eat strawberry,well i don't like ordinary serves always have to make  small touches.

I'm not sure If I mentioned before but I'm also addicted to kitchen ,I love to try new things and find recipes,tastes on my own so I decided to post about some of my recipes too.

For beginning i decided to post this strawberry cup''recipe'' (Actually it's not a recipe but let's keep it low 😋 )

All you need is :

Strawberry
Wineglass/Cup
Castor Sugar 
Mint

1- Wash strawberries well.
2-Put into glass.
3-Serve with castor sugar and fresh mint.

That's all.. You can add ice cream or whip cream it all depends on your taste/wish



Can't believe I'm posting recipe of the month at the begining of the month 😊 I guess everybody likes lemonade but I like to make lemonade most.Today I'll give fresh,delicious lemonade recipe,but first let's check benefits of lemonade ;

TOOLS :

Lemon (10 pc will be enough)

Granulated Sugar ( a cup of )

Water (5 cup of)

Half bunch of mint

 INSTRUCTIONS :

Grate lemons thick side of  grater.

Squeeze 4 pc of lemon ,and slice remaining lemons to small pieces

Mix sugar and lemon juice.Add grated lemons and lemon pieces then work them well till sugar melts.

Put that mixture into decanter.Add water and mints.And cool at fridge.
