I think there's no need to tell negative thoughts call bad vibes and causes stress.But we all worth more then stress and when we consider how it affects our body and soul,i believe that it's like torture to our body,mind  and soul.So  unfair.

I know nowadays it's really hard to feel relaxed ,happy , secure and other positive emotions cause we exposed to so many external stimulus in negative way. At work,at home ,at social media,etc. But we can't let stress surround us and down our mood.

It heals body and soul ,chases all bad vibes that harms yourself.I'm more into meditative and healer side of yoga,so I turned this relaxing session to a routine.I don't need to feel over stressed or anxious to do this.Every evening mostly before bed I apply this flow.It really works,I feel more relaxed and calm ,also a good sleep is bonus ๐Ÿ˜Š

We all -as world, concerned about Coronavirus. Spreading day by day. For now there's still no cure for it and rightly we don't know what to do.You can learn basic precautions from here .

Lastly I  found a recipe for immune system and it's all natural.
In Europe you can take herbal remedies/treatments from pharmacies.They prepare this kind of recipes.And this recipe that I'll share is one of them(a bit modified,cause I used what I've  at home,didn't go to shopping.)

As far as we know for now is protect ourselves and strengthen our immune system against Coronavirus. I'm not saying that this recipe will end Coronavirus but it'll help you to strengthen your immune system which is first important precaution.

Hope you'll like this recipe that will strengthen your body against diseases as much as I do.


                 S P E C I A L   M I X T U R E   T H A T   S T R E N G T E N S    I M M U N I T Y

• Goat Horn Extract (6 tbsp.)

• Black Seed Oil (1 tbsp.)

• Black Mulberry Syrup (1 tbsp.)

• Germ Oil (1tbsp.)

• Mint or Thyme or Lemon Oil (10 drops)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except mint/lemon/thyme oil) . You can consume 1 teaspoon for under the age of 12 .For adults you can consume 1 tbsp. in the morning and 1 in the evening. Always consult to your doctor for children under 2 years old.

•  If you don't know you or your child have any allergy please consult to your doctor before applying any treatment !

After a long time ,back with second post of yoga series.I'm planning to make a yoga series therefore you can be my companion at my journey.

Actually this post should be published about a couple of weeks later because I want to go step by step ,by the way if you still didn't read my yoga poses for beginner post,you can read from here.But a few of you asked for if yoga helps to loose weight and burn fat,so I wanted to prepare this post to help you.

Most of us think yoga is just for stretching but  you can burn major calories ,build muscles,burn fat and boost your metabolism with yoga.Most of yoga instructor mentions that yoga can torch anywhere from 180 to 600 calories per hour.There's a large range because there're lot of different types of yoga that contains slower and restorative pace.

Well let's get started :)

I can't say that 2020 welcomed us well ๐Ÿ˜ข We all have concerns about Coronavirus,aka. 2019-nCoV which spreads like wildfire.. 

I'm so down with news everyday,cause we have no solution for this disease for now.Searching for whole internet all day to figure out what can I do to protect myself.And wanted to share with you .

If some of you didn't know,it was first detected in January 1st ,just before the Chinese Lunar New Year.As you can understand its origin country is China.And fear is spreading just as virus all around the world.

As I understand for now all we can do is just to stick basics.This virus spreads through respiratory vapor.Such as when someone sneezes/coughs into the air around you.Like other cold viruses.

• The most basic and important thing is to protect ourselves from cold and other diseases and strength immune system.

• Use hand sanitizers that contains alcohol and wash your hands with soap.

• Avoid to touch your face with unwashed hands.

• Avoid to contact with ill people.Especially if they've fever and respiratory symptoms.

• Stay at home when yo're ill or feel ill.

• Clean surfaces like counter tops and doorknobs with disinfectant.


These are all regular and basic protections,everyday things. The most important is to have a strong immune system that helps your body to fight against diseases.

That's all for now. Hope cure will be found very very soon.Till then all we can do is pray and try to protect ourselves.

Hello again ! Today I'll give you a super tasty drink recipe.We'll prepare hot chocolate together .

 Whole summer I was waiting for winter,cold weather.And finally it's that time.Plus it's the most magical time of the year - Christmas !

It's a winter love.Something sweet and hot .Warms us.. yes it's hot chocolate.Nothing else can make your day better.

It's not snowing here but imagine it's snowing outside,you're under your blanket at your cozy warm flat with a cup of hot chocolate.(Netflix and bae is a plus :) ) What else can you ask for ?

It's so delicious and easy to prepare.When you have crisis for something sweet you don't have to deal with creams,dough or long whisking. Or if you have unexpected friend visit you don't have to be panic cause you have this tasty hot chocolate recipe that will come to help you.

If you ask for aromatic taste you can add cinnamon, clove or orange peel. Also you can serve with whip cream  or marshmallow if you wish.

Well,let's keep it short and see what we need to make hot chocolate..

                                       
                                              H O T   C H O C O L A T E   R E C I P E



( Serving : 2 servings )

INGREDIENTS :

✔ Milk - 250 gr.

✔  Chocolate - 1+ 1/4 cup of.

✔ Heavy Cream - 3 tbsp.

 ٭ TIP : When you add chocolate into cream-milk mixture it should melt well.So to melt chocolate well i recommend you to chop the chocolate.

PREPARATION :

✔ Combine cream and milk in a saucepan and heat.

✔ When you see bubbles on the side,means it reached scalding point.At this poinr turn of the heat and add chopped chocolate.

✔ Mix till chocolate get melted and heat again.

 ٭ I preferred milk chocolate so I don't have to add sugar. It's all about your taste,you can add sugar.But if you prefer to use bitter chocolate I'll recommend you to add sugar about 25 gr.

You can garnish with whip cream and marshmallows.

Nowadays I'm too close with kitchen as you see ,I try quick recipes and to be honest it's like a therapy.Yes , kitchen therapy ☕๐Ÿณ๐Ÿด๐Ÿต๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿฐ

I love to mix and create something for me.As an example you can tek this recipe.

I had Brussels sprouts at fridge that about to spoil,decay and took and add a few things and voila ' My side dish for tonight is ready .

If you want to try,here's the recipe ;


                        R O A S T E D    B R U S S E L S    S P R O U T S    R E C I P E

INGREDIENTS :

• Brussels Sprouts 

• Olive Oil 

• Red Pepper

• Thyme 

• Garlic(sliced)





STEPS :

•  Preheat your oven at 220 C.

• Wash and dry brussels sprouts well.Cut the ends.

•  Mix all ingredients in a bowl.(olive oil,sliced fresh garlic,salt,thyme and red pepper)

• Put the mixture into a sheet pan and cook about 35 to 40 mins.(until crisp outside) You've to see the brown color .

•  If you wish you can add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve.

It's true that I sometimes see everything as a potato ! ๐Ÿ˜› I'm really in love with every shape of potato.

Today I'll share a side dish recipe just with 3 ingredient ,also super tasty + healthy.Because no deep frying.

I'll keep short and directly jump to recipe.


                                                L E M O N    T H Y M E    P O T A T O E S    R E C I P E 


INGREDIENTS :

• 4-5 med size potatoes

• Olive Oil (3 tbsp.)

• Lemon Juice & Zest (1/2 of lemon)

• Thyme (2 tbsp)

• Garlic Powder , Red Pepper Flakes ,Salt,Black Pepper (add a little bit -rule of thumb just to give some taste)




DIRECTIONS :

Preheat your oven at 390 F (200 C)

• Wash potatoes and slice as you wish.(I preferred fingerling)

• Re-wash again with cold water and dry with towel.

• Wisk lemon juice,thyme,lemon zest,spices and olive oil in a bowl together.

• Add potatoes and blend well,all potatoes should get that aroma.

• Spread potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet.

• Bake for 25 to 30 mins or until potatoes are golden brown.

Serve hot !

The practice dates back to prehistoric times and it’s been documented as having been used in every corner of the world by our ancestors.

So I thought that we can raise our energy with sage.There're different methods of course,but I love this the most.

                                          H O W   T O   B U R N   S A G E 

Before you light up, remember to open a door or window as the unwanted energy you are trying to clear must have a pathway to get out.

Well,now  all you need is sage ,bowl and lighter.

I didn't have stick so I used leafs.

Set stick or leafs into a bowl/jar. Once the leaves catch fire, blow softly on the flame until it goes out. 




This will cause a soft gray smoke to billow from the sage, which you want to keep going by gently fanning the flames as needed, or moving the bowl around.

Lastly keep believing what you do.It all starts with belief๐Ÿ˜‡

This mini sandwich bread recipe will survive you.It's great take away breakfast option for school,for work for weekend trip.

We only need a few ingredient. But I've to warn you,this recipe is for one portion (for 1 ) .For more you can increase the portion.

                                                M I N I   S A N D W I C H   B R E A D   R E C I P E


INGREDIENTS :

✔ Whole Wheat Flour ( 1 cup )

✔ Water (100 ml.)

✔ Baking Powder

✔ Olive Oil (1 tbsp.)

✔ A pinch of Salt

✔ Optional : Sunflower Seed, sesame ,basil(I preferred thyme)

DIRECTIONS  :

Preheat your oven at 180 C.

✔ Mix all ingredients. Add olive oil to get a nonstick dough.

✔ Make little balls. Add sesame on your little bread balls.

✔ Bake about 20 to 25 mins.

You can use any material to prepare your sandwich.It's all about your taste.I mostly prefer cheese-tomato and cucumber trio. Or just banana and peanut butter if I want something sweet.

I'm back with a very late post for Christmas,but hope to catch it on time.

This year I made a decision and didn't buy a plastic tree.Our world has so much waste and nearly all of them can't be recycled.And I though I can make a difference. If I had a garden with trees I'll definitely prefer to decorate them but well at least I've my baby trees at home :)

Actually there's not much to do.Take your plant which you want to decorate as a Christmas tree,and decorate as you wish.



I preferred our baby Yucca . I had ornaments from previous years and used them as decoration. Pine cones are new for this season.We collected them from a park .





That's all ! I quit to use plastic at home .Also we're using this just a few days at home so I believe that living plants will be much more beneficial cause they'll stay with us whole year.

I've been trying this recipe about a month and finally decided to share with you.

It's perfect for 'to-go' options.Like school,work .. etc. And a great combination with coffee as breakfast.

As always so easy to prepare and  cooking takes about 20 mins.

Let's see how we can do it ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’—


                                                                   O L I V E     B R E A D      R E C I P E 



                                               

INGREDIENTS :

•.Whole Wheat Flour (3 cups of- appr. 12 tbsp.)

•.Honey ( 1/2 tbsp.)

•.Active Dry Yeast (1 pack)

•.Water ( 2 tbsp.)

•.Olive Oil ( 50 ml - appr.5 tbsp.)

•.Milk (100 ml.)

•.Salt(optional - 1 teaspoon)

•.Olive (chopped )


DIRECTIONS :

•.Put yeast,honey and water in a bowl and wait about 10 mins.

•.Add rest of ingredients and start kneading.

•.Cover your bowl with strech film and rest your dough about one hour.

•.You'll see your dough will get bigger.

• Before baking you can strew sesame on it.(totally optional)



•.Heat your oven at 350 F -180 Degrees and bake your bread about 20 to 25 mins.

Hello everyone !

While we're counting days to end 2019 and to start a new year here I'm sitting at my lovely little balcony,enjoying sunshine with a cup of coffee and writing this lines.


A new year.. means 365 new day,great time to make a never start ,open a new blank page.

Actually we can make a new start anytime we want but a new year ,a new month sounds pretty good to restart.

I've a huge,different energy nowadays,a positive energy  I think it's related with yoga but also I changed something in my life.

Not big things but I realized that small changes make big differences.Colors for example,a cup of coffee or sound of nature may bring you joy๐ŸŒŸ .


I CLEANED MY WARDROBE :

I told myself  ' Clean your wardrobe and throw all rubbish !! .Don't keep things that you'll never wear.If you live in tropic land there's no need to keep that ski gear ๐Ÿ˜› I got rid off a huge mess and created space at my closet.Feels so relief '  I can't describe how much I got relax and eased off. And I told to myself : Collect  moments,not things ๐Ÿ’“



STARTED TO LOOK WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY :

It's kinda all about to find what makes you happy.Try till you find.It may be painting or hiking or growing plants or just listening to the sound of waves.. I did and can tell you that once you find it ,you'll see how much energy and joy it gives to you. ๐ŸŒธ



COFFEE & BOOK COMBINATION :

What's your favorite smell ? Mine is fresh coffee smell in the morning and of course book smell.A good book and delicious cup of coffee.. This combination is key recipe for joy,bliss,all good emotions.As a pamper session take your coffee and your book,not much just give yourself 30 mins.You'll feel refreshed..



STARTED YOGA :

I can't get enough of yoga. It heals my body,my soul...You surprise everyday when you see what your body can make ,what you're capable of. Light a candle ,take your mat and give a chance yourself to start .At least try a couple of time.Then surely can say that you'll decide to continue๐Ÿ˜‡ If you want to start you can see beginner guide here




SLOW DOWN AND BREATH :

Lastly slow down and breath.Stay in the moment close your eyes think about nothing and 
just breath. It'll help you to calm your emotions and realize how much you have.

Just started yoga about a month ago,and all I can say that it's something that I'd have started earlier.

It feels amazing.Your body,your breath,your soul..

It relaxes all your muscles and also supports mental health.You stop thinking all you focus and feel is your breath and your body.

And your body your muscles reply very quickly.I started to see differences at week  especially at flexibility.And surprisingly it makes happy.I'm much more motivated,much more happy.

Cause I'm doing something makes me feel good.My aim is not having muscles and become an iron woman.I just want to stretch and thank my body my muscles to carry me all day. ๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŽ‡

Oatmeal contains more fiber in contrast with other cereals and incorporate two sort of fibers.Also full of minerals and vitamins.Keeps filled for a long time and has low glisemic index.

So I thought why don't we use this super healthy cereal and decided to share this post.

* Before jumping to recipe has a warning. If you've problem about uric acid and gluten please stay away from oatmeal and take advise from your doctor   .


                                                       O A T M E A L   C O O K I E   R E C I P E

INGREDIENTS : 

Preheat your oven at 180 C.

• Black Raisin (10 tbsp.)

• Nut (10 tbsp.)

• Olive Oil - or coconut oil (2 tbsp.)

• Dark Chocolate (70 gr.)

• Whole Wheat Flour (2 cup)

• Eggs - 2

• Molasse (1 tbsp.)

• Baking Powder (1 teaspoon)

•  Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)



DIRECTIONS:

•  Mix all ingredients except egg and flour.

• Add eggs and flour then start kneading.

• Give any shape to your dough and aligh your baking tray that covered with baking sheet.

• Bake about 20 to 25 mins.

That's all,you filling super healthy cookies are ready.Serve with homemade cappuccino and enjoy it ๐Ÿ’—
