In the past I've posted how you can grow your hair but i think it's time to update you at this point.

I've a beautiful smelling oil treatment recipe for your.You can find lots of cosmetic products but as you know I don't like cosmetic that includes chemicals so I made search if i have alternative recipe for us and it should be different from previous one.

Well we all know that we can get tonnes of benefit from essential oils.They're like miracle that can cure everything.

As always we'll need a few ingredient .So easy to prepare and cheaper than cosmetic product and much more healthier as i don't have to mention but i can't stop myself 😉

Come,let's prepare together.



                          MAGICAL HAIR GROWTH OIL RECIPE

You'll just need ;

Castor Oil - 3 tbsp.

Jojoba Oil - 2 tbsp.

Almond Oil - 4 tbsp.

Pomegranate Seed Oil - 2 tbsp.

Mix all ingredients well and keep in a glass bottle away from day light with cool temperature.

A P P L I C A T I O N  :

Massage your scalp with oil gently.

Cover your hair with a moist towel and wait about 30 mins.

Than wash your hair following your ordinary routine.

Repeat at least twice a week for the best result.

Enjoy your day !





Scents have an amazing importance at our life.It has an amazing power on us.It's proved that our brain has special memory of scent that helps to remember very old things with just a little scent/smell.They can effect us just like music and can change your mood..
At this point I guess you start to understand what aromatherapy is.Actually it's a therapy with scents.Has really old history .First aim of this method was religious service at ancient Egypt and China.But at ancient Rome and Greece this method started to use for beauty and medical treatment.


Aromatherapy has lot of different usages and applications,today I'll tell you just one method that I use at home to feel more relaxed.Everyday is not same for us ,lot of us has stressful days at work and really need to feel relaxed.This will help you to reduce your stress level and relax both mental and physical.Also will increase energy level.

Now I'll tell you about my everyday ritual .It really relaxes me,wakes me up and definitely makes me feel better .
Let's see what you need ;

TOOLS :

Tea Light Candle Burner 
Tea Light Candle
Essential Oil




STEPS :
Light  your candle
Add a little amount of water to candle burner and add 3-4 drop of essential oil.(pick your favorite oil :) )








That's all ! In a few mins you will have amazing smell of your oil and in a few hours you'll realize that your mood gets better ! I mostly prefer orange oil and lavender oil,they really makes me feel better,happier.But I highly advice mint oil-has really refreshing effect.You can repeat this every day .Just light your candle and feel the good energy at your room.But don't forget to snuff the candle before you leave home !

Hi guys ! Did you ever heard about pillow mists before?Or bedtime spray ? If no,i'll explain you and i'm sure that you'll love them ,such that they'll help you to fall asleep faster.Keep reading to learn how you can do your own pillow mist.

Lastly,pillow mists become common and popular.Body Shop and L'occitane did their own pillow mists.This mists includes perfumed water with light and soft aromas.I tried them and thought why can't I do my own pillow mist.At this point I have to mention that those mists are expensive for me .In the end logic is same,help you to fall asleep easily with nice scents and aromas.These scents relaxes us and with these sigh of relief we fall asleep easily.So why can't we prepare our own mists and keep our money in our pocket ?





100% lavender,geranium ,tea tree and vanilla oil has tranquillizer effect and when you apply them to your pillow ,will tranquil you.At this point you have to choose your own and best scent that feels you better.

As I said before you have to choose your own scent that makes you feel better.If you ask me how I 'll understand which one is better for me I can only say that you have to try till you find the right one.

My favorite spray is below but before recipe I want to say that this mist won't make you sleep when you first smell it,will just relax you and with this help you to sleep easier.



TOOLS :

Distilled water (500 ml.)
Half vanilla stick
Orange peel(half orange will be enough)
Vanilla Oil
Orange Oil
Spray Bottle 

STEPS :

    
 *First add orange peels and vanilla stick into water and boil them.

     *Wait till it gets cold and filter the water.

     * Add orange and vanilla oil (5 drops from each oil will be fine.)This mixture has a relaxing effect(if you try you’ll understand what I mean)

      * And lastly pour this mixture into spray bottle and spray you your pillow         before bedtime.

     * You can keep this mist about 3 weeks at fridge.If you feel that mist looses     it’s scent just prepare another spray.
  
     * You can prepare rose,cinnamon and cedar wood oil mist.I's an amazing mixture too ! 

      *And will close this post with another recipe.




TOOLS :

Water

Lavender oil

Chamomile oil

Rubbing alcohol

STEPS :

* Fill your spray bottle about halfway with  alcohol and the rest of the way with  water.

* Add lavender and chamomile oil (10 drops from each oil will be fine.)

* Spray your mist to your pillow or pajamas before bedtime.

As you can understand from it's name,it's day time version of midnight recovery.Honestly I hear a lot of about midnight but not heard much about Daily Reviving version so I thought much before trying.

At previous post we learned about rosemary oil benefits.Now have a small recipe or tip for you hat you can apply ahower after gym to feel that perfect relaxing emotion. If you try this you will see what I try to mean 😊

As we know rosemary oil has a refreshing effect to body  and also is a strong circulation system energizer.Heals stress caused tiredness.Yes, after sport we automatically heal ourselves and decrease our stress level but our muscles and body gets tired and feels weak jut for a while.And at this point a warm shower shows it's power .Don't you feel super after that shower that you take right after your gym /fitness? It feels like you newly awake from a perfect night sleep.

Yes now imagine that you add this oil mixture into your after gym shower routine.Sounds perfect,ha ?



So simple to prepare ,you just need your everytime used shower gel and a couple of essential oils.Let's see how you can prepare this amazingly relaxing shower oil mixture.

TOOLS :

 Shower Gel (unscented and smooth is preferred)

Rosemary Oil - 2 drops

Lemon Oil -4 drops

Pine Oil - 2 drops

STEPS :

Add all essential oils into your shower gel.

After this everything is regular,continue your normal shower routine (apply with shower sponge).

Essential oil serial chapter one: R O S E M A R Y O I L . If you're one of these people that use essential oils for everything and love so much yes you're at right place.As I told before , like million times  I love natural versions of everything.So I try to take help and get benefit from oils.

I decided to start  with rosemary oil.We have to know what actually it is before using it.So let's see what actually rosemary oil is.




Generally produces at Spain,Tunisia and French.Whole plant is used for getting oil.Rosemary essential oil has reviving effect and excitatory for circulatory system.Also good for muscle weakness,aches,injury and low blood pressure. Also strengths neural system and used as antidepressant.

Heals mental fatigue caused by stress. Strengths liver.

Goof for eczema,dandruff,hair loss.Also has anti fungal and antibacterial effect.Stops premenstrual ache and vaginal secretion.If I continue to count I think this post will never ends cause there're countless benefit and using of this oil.But to summarize and give you little tips about usage of rosemary oil :

1- Rosemary oil is one of the best herbal remedy for rheumatism aches and injuries.

Dilute a few drop of rosemary oil with carrier oil and massage.

2- Dilute 1 ml of rosemary oil with 25 ml almond oil. Massage your head for hair loss,or massage to temporal sides of your head for head ache .Also you can use for articular and muscle ache.

3- To calm yourself  add this oil to you shower.Just drop a few drop of rosemary oil into tub and  rest about 20-25 mins.

4- For flu,you can use this oil at your steam bath.

Another hair issue..again 😊

Actually I don't have problem with my hair length nowadays.I got a new haricut with bangs and I'm totally in love with my hair.But I know somewhere outside someone need help to grow her/his hair super fast.

I watched lot of video about this,read lot of post about this but let's be rational,no one's hair grows 5-8 cm just in two weeks or in a month.And I'm totally not saying you'll be rapunzel in a month.



This mixture will only help you to feed your hair follicles and grow healthier,brighter and a little faster(than normal)

Argan Oil

Almond Oil

Coconut Oil

Bottle

Comb

STEPS:

1- Mix all ingredients in a bottle.

2- Apply to your hair and comb your hair to distribute equally.

3- Wait about 3 to 4 hours.

4- And then follow your normal shower routine.Shampoo+hair conditioner.

5- You can repeat this twice a week.It effetcs fastly and you can see result just in a month.

Cellulite or stretch marks?I can't decide which one is worst..

Unfortunately stretch marks are tougher than cellulite.But as always we got something from  nature for stretch marks too.At previous post we talked about stretch marks how they appear,what we can do to avoid from stretch marks etc.

At this post I want to tell you about some essential oils that good for stretch marks.Okay keep short and let's jump to see which oil can help us to remove stretch marks.

1st one is :

Lavender Oil

Lavender is a natural antiseptic.Oil of this plant feeds skin,smooths and calms irritations.Is a great moisturizer and with this gives extra elasticity to skin.And of course with extra elasticity helps to remove that our worst nightmare stretch marks..

Calendula Oil

Calendula oil has cell renewing effect.Especially good for sensitive and harmed skin also support skin with anti-imflammatory effect.

4th and the last one is :

Chamomile Oil 

Massage to skin with chamomile oil and see the difference.It'll be smooth like cotton.And with it's smell naturally calms you.Also feeds skin,calms irritation,moistures and give extra elasticity as lavender oil.Chamomile oil is a great supporter against stretch marks too.

MIGRAINE !!! One of the most annoying thing on earth.You can’t guess when it will come and stop.You can’t do anything except waiting.

I have migraine about 3 years ,I hate taking painkillers unless I feel so desperate,but I try to stop ache with natural solutions.I have a harmless,so simple and natural treatment I apply when I feel that headache’s coming and wanted to share with you.Plus,it’s good for congested sinus.

We’ll need ;

VINEGAR + WATER

If you’re suffering from sinusitis and migraine you can take help from vinegar and water.İt effects sinuses faster but for migraine it takes about 10 to 14 days to effect.

HOW TO APPLY ?

Add a teaspoon of vinegar into glass of water.(apple,grape , white.. type of vinegar is not so important).
Sniff that mixture and repulse back.

WHEN TO APPLY?

You have to apply this i the morning when you wake up and before going to bed at the night time.

WHAT ‘S GOOD FOR ?

Except migraine,it’s good for tonsillar,goitre,sleep apnea,cold,sinusitis.

Yes,it’s summer,bikini/swimsuit season has started.But we have nightmare as ‘cellulite’.

Well let’s clear something,cellulite is not something about weight.Thin people may have cellulite too,because it’s a health problem about circulation system.I’m not going to tell you can get rid of cellulite with this cure but at least you can reduce that look.

There’re too many products may effect faster but as always I prefer natural one.So wnated to share with you.As we mentioned it’s a health problem about circulation system ,we will prepare a massage oil ! STEPS :

1-      Mix rosemary and almond oil

2-      To reduce burning effect of these two oil,add almond and wheat germ oil

3-      Mix well and massage that area(with cellulite) before bedtime,cover with plastic foil and open foil in the morning.

4-      Repeat this every day till you get result.
