I want to warn you at he beginning,this recipe is not destroy you belly fat and give you chance to get a straight stomach.You have to support with gym and diet .

It'll help you to throw water retention from body and reduce puffiness.I add this water to my diet and results was really surprising for me.So fresh to drink and also so easy to prepare.I don't want to keep it too long.Let's get started 😊

                              HOW TO GET RID OF BELLY FAT ?

This recipe will help you to get rid of belly fat and you can also call it belly fat burner water , burn baby burn 😁

Here's what you'll need ;

I N G R E D I E N T S :

- 1 tbsp grated ginger

- Lemon (medium sized and sliced)

- Cucumber ( medium sized and sliced )

- Mint (12 little leaf will be enough)

- 2 lt. of water

S T E P S :

Put all ingredients into a big bottle .

Rest in fridge about 12 hours.

That's all you can drink all day.

And trust me if you add this to your diet and gym routine,you'll see the difference just in a week.

I'm very very very disposed to prepare this post because last 3 month was a real nightmare for me.

Everything was normal but someday I realized I'm having unusual vaginal discharge ,more yellowish and I'm ashamedly saying it wasn't smelling good. I thought somethings not going well and visited my doctor as soon as possible. She checked and told me that I'm having a yeast infection gave pills and started needed treatment but in case of repetition of this she also give me some advice about home remedies for this infection.


Yes as you guess I'll tell you about vaginal yeast infection treatment that every woman should know but before telling you about home remedies for vaginal yeast infection I want to share some information about symptoms and causes.

WHAT IS VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION ?

The most common type of vaginal fungus is (a yeast cell) called Candida Albicans and Torulopsis Glabrata.





WHAT ARE SYMPTOMS OF VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION ?

When resistance of body decreases this cells increases and causes some problems.

The most common symptom is itching ;too much itching it affects daily life and due to it you can have puffiness.

Vaginal discharge becomes discontinuous and sometimes it may cause odor.

WHAT CAUSES VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION ?

As I mentioned before resistance of body decrease is the most common reason of infection but also there some other reasons may cause this infection like ;

- Pregnancy (the cutest reason 😊 )

- Usage of hormones

- Diabetes

- Cotton-free underwear

- Spiral

- Cervical wounds

- Usage of continuous pad provides a suitable environment for vaginal fungi



HOME REMEDIES FOR VAGINAL YEAST INFECTIONS 

Actually it's so simple .

First you have to drink a lot of water .

2nd you have to wear cotton underwear and change it frequently.

Avoid from nylon,synthetic pads and prefer natural cotton,clorine,paraben and nylon free pads.

Lastly wash your vagina with apple cider vinegar.It sounds weird I know but vinegar has a super powerful affect on yeast infections. Add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar into 1lt of water. You can apply this twice a day.

WARNING :  !!!! You WON'T apply this water into your vagina !!! ,Just clean the surface.Or you can make application with a piece of cotton.Just wet cotton piece with apple vinegar-water mixture and gently dab on vagina.

You'll see difference in a week.

But very firstly please contact with your doctor before and get needed treatment.This home remedies are just a supportive to medical treatment or a precaution an case of repetition.

Carbonate and tooth whitening methods are among the most admired natural teeth whitening methods.

How To Whiten Teeth With Carbonate

To whiten your teeth with carbonate, mix a few drops of lemon juice or a teaspoon of water with water. Then, use your finger or a toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. After holding the mixture for 2 minutes, brush your teeth as you normally would.
Then rinse your mouth. Repeat daily for best results.

Basic Method

Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of water or lemon in a bowl.Make sure that the
paste is thick(it will be easier to apply in this way.)You can use a toothbrush or just your fingers to
apply the carbonated paste to your teeth. If there is a bad stain you want to remove, it is recommended that you apply the stain directly to the paste and set it for about two minutes.


- For better results, you can dry the tooth surface with a cloth before using carbonated paste.

- If you want a general whitening effect, soak your toothbrush in the bowl, cover the toothbrush bristles
with baking powder powder and start brushing.


- Alternatively, you can immerse a wet toothbrush directly into a little amount of baking soda. However,
if you use this method, you will feel the taste of carbonate in your mouth.





Don’t Brush For More Than Two Minutes

When using the baking soda method, try not to brush your teeth for more than 2 minutes. Because the
corrosive effect of carbonate can cause your teeth to rot and crack. Be sure to use a soft toothbrush
and low scrubbing power when using the carbon in your teeth.


Make sure you rinse well.


Be sure to rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing your teeth with baking soda. Otherwise, your
teeth may wear and become damaged.


 Repeat every day.


You should repeat your brushing with baking powder every day for one or two weeks. After a few days
you will see the whiteness of your teeth.


You can also mix the carbonate with toothpaste.


You can also use the carbonate with toothpaste. In this way, carbonate will help to whiten teeth.

- Milk


- Cotton


How To Apply :


- Pour apple vinegar into cotton and rub on your skin. Wait about 5 minutes before applying the
mask.(with this step you’ll be cleaned your skin from dusts and dirts)


- Mix the turmeric powder with honey. Avoid the eyes and rub the mask on your face.


- Wait for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. If turmeric powder leaves a yellowish skin on your skin, you can clean them with milky cotton. Apply 2 times per week.

Just wanna say it at every beginning this recipe is just for cough that remain after flu if you don't have a serious health problem you can keep drinking and you'll see it really works. But before all homemade treats go doctor to learn if you have a disease.

Okey , well there're lot of to say about thyme but I'm keeping details for another post. If you had cold and your cough is stubborn and doesn't wanna leave your body,after this tea you'll see how it runs away from your body.

All you need is a piece of thyme,lemon & honey.

S T E P S :

1-  Take your favorite mug.

2-  Put thymes and lemon slices in it.

3- Pour hot water,and steep about 3-4 mins.

4- Take of thymes if you wish.

5- Add honey.



That's all ! So easy to prepare but so effective that you can't believe.

You can keep drinking twice a day. (check if you have any allergic reaction to thyme )
